Islamabad: According to news reported on November 3, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) will soon issue the possession letters to 5,500 allottees of sector I- 15. Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif will hand out I-15 possession letters to the group of allottees at the PM Office while the remaining Sector I-15 allottees will receive their letters after the necessary legal requirements have been satisfied.

According to CDA Member Estate, the authority would transfer ownership of the entire Sector I-15 to its allottees. Captain (retired) Muhammad Usman Younis, the CDA Chairman, has instructed the Estate Wing to streamline the processes for the benefit of the allottees and to guarantee a smooth transfer of plot possession.
The member estate stated that built-up property (BuP) awards problems would also be resolved in a timely manner. It was also claimed that the authority has requested electricity for the area from the Islamabad Electric Supply Company.
It is crucial to remember that the industry was delayed since development work wasn’t finished. In Sub-sectors I-15/1, I-15/3, and I-15/4, the CDA has now finished developing the sewerage network, culverts, drainage system, street lights, building of roadways, and other residential facilities.
