Rebate on Lumpsum Payment of Development Charges

On April 22nd, 2022: DHA Multan announced the due date to avail 10% rebate upon lump-sum payment of development charges in sectors B2, D, E, F K, L, O, O, P, S, W1, W2, X and Y has been extended from 30th Dec 2021 to 30th June 2022.

Located near Bahauddin Zakariya University, DHA Multan has access from Band Bosan, Mattital Road and Public School Multan Road. Therefore, these access points allows DHA Multan to offer two entrance gates.

DHA Multan development work is going at a higher speed. This includes completion of work at the main entrance of the society and side walls thereby giving an energetic look to the general public. Presently, the society has started development work in Block A and V.

DHA Multan Development Updates 2021

DHA Multan has adjusted the plots of W1 & W2 sectors to X & Y sectors through a ballot ceremony on May 20th, 2021. The master plan has been updated accordingly. Sector Y has been created and sector X has been redesigned.

DHA Multan has completed the design of Main Boulevard from Shahrukhn-e-Alam gate to Pakistan Square. An Overhead Bridge on Matital Road will be constructed to connect Pakistan Square with Sectors Q, T, U, X and Y. Detailed Plan of Education and Health District has been completed. FAST University has 20 Acres of Land, NUML has purchased land. SICAS is already functional.

Commercial plots have been reduced from 130 to 70 plots thereby resulting into price increase Based on high demand 1 & 2 Acre Commercial Plots are being created in Sectors D, N, and V. New plots have been allocated to Auto Mobiles Workshop in Sector B2

Increased front of Sector E on the Ring Road Multan from 300 meters to 700 meters. Therefore, the real estate value will see an increase in near future. 300 to 350 additional 10 Marla plot will be available in Sector U. For the ease of residents and for security purposes, the sectors will be divided into sub-sectors.
