2. He must pay the possession fee before applying, and he will include the deposit form with the application.

3. The member will pay in accordance with the SOD and PDCS that BCD issues.

4. The member will now submit an application using the prescribed form and attach the necessary documents: – MS letter and/or copies of the following documents: Allotment Certificate, CNIC, and/or an affidavit (PDC)

5. Deposit slips for fees and charges

6. His or her application will be processed by BCD and approved.

7. BCD will contact the applicant to arrange a visit and get an official letter of possession.

8. No member may request a sketch or authorization for services related to construction.

9. Within 6 (Six) months of receiving possession, the Member must begin construction. If not, they must submit a re-possession application.
