Capital Smart City has announced – Harmony Park (Overseas One) Block
This block is in line with the vision of government to support low-cost housing.
Located in front of Sector – E, Overseas Block 1; existing members of Harmony Park are given the first chance to shift their residential plots, commercial plots and apartments to this new block by meeting a certain criteria.
So, if you had previously bought a:
- 2.5 Marla Commercial Plot
- 3.5 Marla Residential Plot or
- 3.5 and 5 Marla Villa Apartment,
Now is the time to convert your plot to an ideal location and bring it in balloting process soon.
Harmony Park Overseas One – Terms and Conditions
Convert your Harmony Park Plot into Harmony Park Overseas 1 Plot Today. Following are the terms and conditions:-
- Member has to pay 45% of property price (residential, Commercial plots & villa apartments) before 15th July 2021.
- After payment, member has to get the acknowledgement letter from Capital Smart City Sales & Marketing Department situated at F-11 Markaz, Islamabad.
- Conversion from Harmony Park to Harmony Park (Overseas One) shall be accommodated on first come first serve basis starting from 30th June 2021.
- It is highly advised to make payment through Pay Order and immediately get the acknowledgement letter. However, in case of online payment member should bring original deposit receipt to immediately get the acknowledgement letter
- Please note that this facility is available till 15th July 2021 and on first come first serve basis. However, we advise you to not wait for the last date. Company reserves the right to close this facility even before 15th July 2021 subject to non- availability
- Merging is not allowed to complete the 45% criteria.
- Balloting of Harmony Park Overseas – 1 will be held in last quarter of 2021 InshaAllah
