Note: In case of any spelling mistake in the Name of investors, the correction in the name is not permissible as per the policy of DHA Multan.

Processing Details

  • For initial processing, 5 to 7 days are required in issuing the intimation Letter of the Investor.
  • The Photocopy of the Intimation Letter will be mailed to the Investor for information.
  • When the buyer confirms the originality of the Intimation Letter, the remaining amount of the plot file will be set aside with an amount of Rs 10,000 for the Intimation Letter and RS. 64,160 for the Allocation Letter.
  • After the confirmation of the Intimation Letter, the Investor will confirm the originality of the file by call or by visiting the DHA Multan office.
  • Issuance of Allocation Letter takes 5 to 7 working days.
  • However, the buyer must be present at the DHA Multan office to receive the Allocation Letter.
