DHA Multan has adjusted the plots of W1 & W2 sectors to X & Y sectors through a ballot ceremony on May 20th, 2021. The master plan has been updated accordingly. Sector Y has been created and sector X has been redesigned.

DHA Multan has completed the design of Main Boulevard from Shahrukhn-e-Alam gate to Pakistan Square. An Overhead Bridge on Matital Road will be constructed to connect Pakistan Square with Sectors Q, T, U, X and Y. Detailed Plan of Education and Health District has been completed. FAST University has 20 Acres of Land, NUML has purchased land. SICAS is already functional.

Commercial plots have been reduced from 130 to 70 plots thereby resulting into price increase. Based on high demand 1 & 2 Acre Commercial Plots are being created in Sectors D, N, and V.
