Development Updates

The development work of Airport Green Garden is going at a rapid pace. The underground electric cables are laid currently and also roads are paved.

Procedure of Plot Booking

For booking of your desired plot, get the Registration form from our office located at Basement, 4-Star Plaza, Opposite Gate #3, NUST University, Main Double Road, Sector H-13, Islamabad. Fill the Registration Form which is free of cost and attach the required documents such as:

  • Registration Fee
  • Latest passport size picture

  • A copy of valid CNIC

  • The price of plot in shape of Pay order/Bank Draft in the name of Airport Green Garden Pvt. Ltd

Allotment/Transfer letter is issued in a week’s time is required in the issuance of allotment letter/Transfer letter.

Furthermore, the duplicate transfer letter is issued in 10 working days for which the required documents include:

  • Application

  • Affidavit (duly attested by Oath Commissioner);

  • Copy of Computerized National Identity Card (Duly attested by Army / Civil Gazette officer

  • F. I. R regarding Loss of Allotment / Transfer letter
